Insert a Basic Battery (2 Copper + 1 Acidic Raion Pouch) into the wall outlet to power the building. The Biolab here lets you pick your first 2 Biomods. Booting the NoA terminal reveals the planet name (Proteus) and unlocks the Basic Basebuilding databank entry.
