If you own a PC or Xbox Series X|S, Subnautica 2 is available now in Early Access for $29.99 — and free to play on Game Pass. If you're a PS5-only or Switch-only player, you're waiting. Based on Subnautica 1 / Below Zero patterns, expect PS5 at or after 1.0; Switch is even less likely in the near term.
