Do Resources Respawn?

Yes for consumable fauna (water slugs, small fish) and small minerals — they regenerate when you leave the area. Flora does not respawn naturally; grow them in Growbeds. Large mineral ore nodes are gone permanently once broken. Implemented largely to support 4-player multiplayer.
