Settings → "Refund Bases" → Look At target → Refund.

Settings → "Refund Bases" → Look At target → Refund. A container spawns nearby holding all materials and stored items. Save manually first — feature is unstable and items in terminals (batteries/power cells) may be lost. No undo.
